Andrew Ohl Associates London Limited is a well established forward looking private practice delivering quantity surveying, cost management and project management services.

A complete focus on each project is the keystone of our success. Attention to every detail, a clear understanding of our clients’ goals and the roles, needs and input of other design team members are an integral part of our service.

Without exception the practice seeks to meet the targets set in relation to budget, programme and quality and to minimise the Client risk when undertaking a project. Our solid reputation has been built upon close communication with our clients and the design team, and a thorough understanding of the projects at hand.

The practice is headed by Andrew Ohl, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who qualified in 1989. Previously a partner in Edwards Partnership, Andrew set up his Practice in 1999 with the intention of offering a bespoke service to his Clients.

Anxious to continue his very good reputation with existing design-focused clients and consultants, Andrew offers individual and specialised expertise in all disciplines of cost and project management.

Andrew has considerable experience in both commercial and residential projects including retail. However his particular area of specialism is bespoke high quality residential property for either end user Clients or for established developers.
